However, often we don’t hear their side of the story — how difficult and taxing their job can be; the trauma that they take home with them every single day. Join us as we talk with Jay, a 28 year Firefighting veteran, and his mental health journey. Jay shares his story of realizing he needed help and how he was able to address the stress and trauma that had built up over his years of service.
